DRIVING EXPERIENCE

Researching suitable venues and suitable routes for the respective vehicle type is one of our core competencies. With in-depth knowledge of approval processes, current road conditions and the assessment of the local infrastructure through a globally active partner network, we advise our customers when selecting their next destination.

DOS also offers a wide range of on-site support. After developing the optimal route concept, we accompany your groups of guests on the event in the advance vehicle with experienced instructors and are available to answer any questions at any time.

Events & Incentive

From conception, planning and implementation to follow-up and billing – at DOS everything comes from a single source. Whether major events, such as Rock am Ring, or an exclusive corporate event, including dinner for invited guests: DOS has experienced staff and the necessary expertise for every type of project. Events abroad can also be easily implemented thanks to our broad partner network and experienced freelancers. If you need support in an ongoing project, DOS also offers the opportunity to provide support as part of a sub-project management. It doesn’t matter how short-term the request is, what size the project is or for which customer something is to be realized. We are also available for pure concept creation and provide expert advice on the creation of pitches and presentations.

DOS sees the chauffeur as a brand ambassador and places the highest value on experience, reliability and professionalism when selecting staff. The use of competent and friendly staff reinforces the positive overall impression and is a guarantee for a successful event.

Handling & Logistics

The movement of vehicles on events usually takes place under time pressure, is complex and ties up capacity. With the highest standards of quality and efficiency, DOS plans both individual vehicle transfers and the control of regional and national pools. This also includes the use of a portable scanning system for vehicles and guests, as well as the ability to track every vehicle movement using a GPS tracking system.
